There has been an ongoing theme that keeps presenting itself to me so I thought I would share it. Coincidentally it is the very action that I try to live by every day. Question; how are you living your life? Are you truly living the life that you are meant to live? Is there a passion that you feel deep down in your soul that drives you or are you going thru the motions every day just waiting for life to start? Do you make choices for your life based upon what you know you must do or based upon what you feel you should do? This isn’t about right or wrong, it is not about skirting responsibility. It is about being responsible, it is about truth. It is about putting aside the expectations that others may have for you and looking into your heart for what you know to be your true calling in life. Simply put, it is about not holding back. Believe it or not YOU are in the driver’s seat. You are the one making the choices and you are the one that has created the life that you currently have. When you look at where you are, do you like where you are?
Taking the path less traveled is not necessarily an easy one, but it is an honest one. Let me ask you this….if you only had one more day what would you do? Would you do something radical? Attempt something you were always too afraid of? Would you make amends, forgive the past? Find a long lost friend or loved one? What would you do? Would you finally decide to shine or would you simply just fade away. These words are from a song I heard just the other day and those words still resonate today and will continue to stay with me. We are here to experience life and all its wonders, joys, sorrows and miracles. To feel as much as we can feel and share all that we can. Think about what you would do if you only had one more day. Open yourself up to all the possibilities that life has to offer and all that you have to offer life.
